In the early 2000s, while exploring the postal hiring process, we discovered a major challenge—the Postal Battery Exam 473 had an alarming failure rate of nearly 80%. Despite the exam’s moderate difficulty, many candidates struggled. We knew there had to be an underlying reason for this high failure rate.

After months of research and testing, we found that preparation was the key to success. Candidates who studied ahead of time consistently performed better, particularly on the exam. This discovery led us to create a comprehensive support program designed to significantly improve applicants’ chances of success.

Our online program, accessible immediately after registration, provides resources for every stage of the postal hiring process. You can learn at your own pace, and one of our standout features is live customer support—an invaluable tool since the Postal Service does not offer direct assistance during the application and hiring process.

In April 2019, the Postal Service introduced a new employment exam through a third-party provider, replacing the Postal Battery Exam with four Virtual Entry Assessments. We quickly adapted our program to align with these changes, ensuring our candidates receive the most up-to-date guidance.
